Read the spoken script
  1. Give your product a story people can see.
  2. Set the scene for your brand, without booking a studio.
  3. Make your next product ad with Reelry.

What you get

  • One finished vertical 720p MP4 with four generated scenes
  • A lifestyle, launch or seasonal angle chosen by you
  • Optional short on-screen headlines written only from facts you supply
  • Narration in one of seven languages

How it works

  1. 1. Choose a product-only photo

Upload one photo of the product on its own. It guides the shape, colours and packaging in every generated scene. Photos with people are not used as references.

  2. 2. Describe the ad and choose a language

Name the product, add the claims you can support, and pick one of seven narration languages. Choose a lifestyle, launch or seasonal angle.

  3. 3. Review the scene plan before generation

Reelry writes four scenes with narration and optional headlines. You approve or edit the plan first. Generation then costs 2 credits, covered by the $4 entry pack.

  4. 4. Download the finished 720p MP4

The result is a vertical MP4 sized for Reels, TikTok and Shorts. Check label detail, anatomy and product interactions before publishing, as AI imagery can vary.

Good fit

  • Launch announcements and seasonal campaigns for a product you already photograph well
  • Shops that need a first video ad this week, not after a studio booking
  • Localising one product ad into several languages

Not a fit

  • Claims that need visible proof of the real product performing, such as fit, texture or assembly. Film that on a phone instead.
  • Customer testimonials. An AI actor can deliver a scripted message, but it must not be presented as a real customer's experience.
  • Ads that depend on readable on-screen text, exact UI or third-party brands. Cinematic generation forbids generated typography and de-brands protected marks.
  • Ads longer than about 32 seconds or with more than four scenes.

Template makers, image-to-video models, and generated scenes

Three tools answer the same search. Template makers drop your photo into stock motion and text; fast, but every ad looks like the template. Image-to-video models animate the photo itself; good for a few seconds of motion, but the frame never leaves the photo. Reelry generates new scenes around the product: different settings, adult actors where the brief asks for them, narration, and a closing hero shot that matches your photo. Pick by what the ad needs to show: the product moving, or the product in a story.

What the plan review is for

Before any generation cost, Reelry shows four scenes with their narration and staging. This is where a product ad is won or lost: cut any claim the product page cannot support, make sure the product is named the way the packaging spells it, and check that the closing hero shot is the product alone. Approving the plan spends the credits; nothing renders before that.

Writing a brief that survives generation

Generated video is literal. Name the product, the material and the colour; name the setting; describe one action per scene; say whether adults appear. Avoid abstractions like "premium feel", which produce generic footage. Avoid text of any kind in the scene: prices, badges and logos belong in the ad copy and the reviewed headline field, not in generated imagery.

Qualifies as a Shorta vertical video uploaded to YouTube, or one made in the Shorts camera

Reelry's vertical 720 x 1280 MP4 uploads as a Short. YouTube accepts up to 1080p, so the output is below the maximum, not above it.

Example brief

Product: Harbor stainless steel insulated bottle, 750 ml, matte navy. Claim: keeps drinks cold for 24 hours. Show an establishing shot of the bottle on a trail-side rock at midday, two close-ups of the lid and the matte finish, and a closing hero shot against a plain grey background. Adults may appear in the background only.

Angle to pick: Product spotlight. A product video ad sells the object. The spotlight angle keeps two detail shots and a clean hero, which is what a launch needs.

Questions

How is this different from a template video maker?

Template tools place your photo into stock motion. Reelry generates new scenes around the product, with actors, settings and narration written for your brief, and shows you the plan before it renders.

What does it cost compared with a shoot?

A generation is 2 credits, covered by the $4 one-time pack. A remote studio booking we checked on 2026-09-09 starts at $149 plus about $93 per clip. The studio gives you real footage; Reelry gives you generated scenes you can inspect and rerun.

Will the product look exactly like my photo?

The photo guides shape, colours and packaging, and the plan keeps the product recognisable. Fine label text and small details can drift, so review every finished ad.

Do I need a subscription?

No. The $4 pack is one-time and never expires. Plans exist for brands generating several ads a month.

Can it make ads longer than 30 seconds?

No. Cinematic ads are four scenes of up to eight seconds each. For longer explainers, use the Animated Art pipeline instead.
