Data deletion
You can delete your Reelry account and all associated data at any time. Here is exactly how, what gets removed, and how to request deletion if you can no longer sign in.
Delete your account yourself (fastest)
- Sign in to Reelry.
- Go to Settings.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
This permanently removes your account and the organizations you own. Any active subscription is cancelled at the same time, so you will not be billed again.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your account and login.
- The organizations you own and their members.
- Your reels and their frames, including any public reel pages.
- Your brands, style references, and stored brand assets.
- Your stored API keys and generation history.
Any active subscription is cancelled immediately. We may retain a minimal set of records where the law requires it (for example, invoices for accounting and tax), as described in our Privacy Policy.
Can’t sign in? Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to your account, email privacy@reelry.app from the email address on your account and ask us to delete your data. We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Who handles your request
Reelry is operated by Health3 AG (Wiesenstrasse 10A, 8952 Schlieren, Switzerland). Deletion requests are handled by Health3 AG as the data controller.
